PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS - CONTINUATION OF ELECTION ACTIVITIES

The President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has made a Decision amending the Decision to call Parliamentary elections, which set the date for the elections to be held on 21st June 2020.

The Republic Election Commission, as the body conducting the Parliamentary election procedure, made a decision on 11th May 2020, on the continuation of election activities.

From Monday, 11th May 2020, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in London will start receiving requests for voting from abroad.

Applicants can check, through the MPALSG public portal https://upit.birackispisak.gov.rs/, if they are enrolled in the Single Electoral Roll (SER).

A person who is a national of the Republic of Serbia and has a registered place of residence in the Republic of Serbia but is not registered in the SER, must first apply for enrollment in the SER. After the decision of the competent authority on enrollment in the SER is passed, the application for voting from abroad may be received or processed.

Nationals of the Republic of Serbia eligible to vote shall submit their application for voting from abroad through the diplomatic mission or consular post no later than 30th May 2020  (by midnight, local time in the Republic of Serbia).

Completed applications for voting from abroad, together with a copy of a valid travel document or ID card can be submitted to the RS Embassy in London in person or by e-mail: izbori2020@serbianembassy.org.uk
